We fit out cafés, salons, clinics and retail tenancies across Melbourne, build custom joinery, and handle the smaller renovations that don't need a permit. Free measure and quote, then a fixed written price before anyone picks up a tool.
Commercial fitouts and residential joinery, built in the workshop where we can control the finish and installed on site with the least disruption we can manage.
Some work needs a registered building practitioner and a council permit — structural changes, anything that moves a load-bearing wall, and most work over the permit threshold. If your job crosses that line we'll say so at the quote stage and point you to the right trade, rather than start it and stop halfway.

Four stages. You know the price and the dates before we start.
We come out, measure the space properly, and talk through what you're trying to achieve and what it needs to cost. No charge, and no obligation at the end of it.
You get an elevation of what we're building and an itemised written price. Materials, finishes and hardware are all named, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Carcasses, benches and cabinetry are made off site. That keeps the dust and the noise out of your space and gives us a far better finish than building in place.
Installed to the agreed dates, often overnight or on your quiet days so you can keep trading. We clean up, walk you through it, and fix anything on the defect list.
For bigger jobs we put the design in front of you as a visual, not a description — what the space looks like now, and what we're proposing to build.
Images marked Concept are design visuals, not photographs of finished work. We produce them so you can see the proposal in your own space before committing to it, and the quote is built against the same drawing.
Real numbers, so you can tell early on whether we're in your range. Every job is still quoted on its own after a measure.

Site visit, measure, drawing and a fixed written price. Yours to keep either way.
What moves a price most: the benchtop material, how much of the existing space has to come out first, and whether we can get access after hours. Tell us your budget at the measure and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable inside it.
